Barely used more than a couple times and cleaned inside and out afterwards. Looks brand new. Comes w charger and directions for easy to use cleaning. Works absolutely flawlessly for the everyday quick run through the house or spot cleaning or even a great substitute for sweeping. Incredible suction, light as a feather and great space saver. Easy to maneuver and can bend handle in 90 degree angle for those hard to reach spaces. This is one handy household addition and hate seeing it go but I upgraded now because I was so impressed and wanted attachments. But this is a great timesaver and exceptionally simple way to keep up the floor cleaning. Paid $200 sell for only $50 OBO
