My husband and I recently bought a car here. Jeff was very helpful to us and understanding we had a price range we needed to stick to! he was never pushy and let us test drive and look at the car as needed. It’s been a great car to us so far and we are very thankful to him!

The REAL demonstration of character comes when things aren't perfect with a vehicle.  We purchased a fairly old Pathfinder, sight unseen, from Arizona. When it had some problems, True's made it right!

Bought a Subaru Impreza from them. I was told it had no mechanical defects and was in perfect condition. Come to find out they wiped the ECM before the test drive so the Check Engine light would not come on for an additional 50 miles. They also failed to disclose that the fuel tank was incapable of being filled more than a tenth of a gallon at a time due to an oversaturated charcoal canister. This place is dishonest and undeserving of your business. There are plenty of more reputable car lots in Yakima.

No credit is okay.  High interest rate as usual for a used,  no credit needed. They work with you for the down payment.
Friendly group.  If there is any issues when you finally decide on a vehicle,  they will take care of the problem .

I've never had any issues with this place. I bought a VW Tiguan here in November. The staff is very friendly and have been easy to work with. However, I recently went to trade the car in to find that it has a rebuilt title qhich was never disclosed to me- the car is essentially worthless. It also had bad brakes, timing chain oil leak and a bad driver's side axle. It never broke down but it was marked as "excellent condition" and it needed more work than it was actually worth. I like the staff but I'm upset about the title. The mileage also comes up as "unknown" which I was aware of, I'm extremelt upset to the point of tears thst I paid almost 7k for this car to only get 600 bucks from it because it's worth nothing.

- I guess you can't respond to responses. Yes- they millage issues was that the car had a certain amount of miles on it, but the miles reported as a different number is what I was told. The mileage came up "unknown" when they took it. The car has an oil leak at the timing chain that was incredibly noticeable- considering it bled all over the right axle. It has a weird timing tick that I did bring up and was met with, "That's weird." It was maybe worth 4500 if it didn't have a mileage issue. It's someone else's problem now.
