Great commuter scooter and also good for teens! The manual will tell you otherwise but this scooter does great in the rain especially if you put the solid tires im gifting you on it!! I ride often in the rain on DC streets so just take your time. Grab you a poncho and still get wherever you need to go. Fits great in a car trunk as well. The Box is unopened so I put my same exact scooter next to it so you can see what it looks like and what the solid tires on them look like. *** I can provide proof of purchase to verify the warranty is still active.
