It is structurally sound but its cosmetics have seen better days. The cushions are microfiber and are removable to wash at home or laundromat. The frame is wrapped in dark brown faux leather. There are some small tears in the leather: front bottom, corners of arm rest, and back side (hidden if placed against wall). Nothing double sided foam tape or adhesive spray couldn’t fix. Used by a non-smoking family. Need gone today! I will help you load! Pick up only!
