The tubular plastic netting sleeves stretch  to fit irregular shapes for shielding delicate objects and machined components.  Sleeving can be used in many other applications including protecting metal  components (dies, shafts and screws) ceramic bathroom furniture, gas cylinders, scuba diving  cylinders, polished or chrome office furniture parts (chairs, stools and table legs) and glass bottles.  Protection netting is essential for the protection of parts after manufacture or during transportation  and helps prevent damage to the objects from contact with stillages or any sharp items. The mesh is flexible and has elastic properties the sleeve will conform to a wide range of shapes.  The netting prevents marking and scratching to bright steel bar, rod stock and highly finished products.  The mesh sleeves are simply applied to the item and can be reused as required. The netting sleeves are  unaffected by cutting oils and greases and while they will protect against physical damage, a suitable corrosion inhibitor should be used if items are being stored for a long period.
