ASUS ROG Ally X + Dock + Case

If you are looking at this listing, I’m assuming you understand what this is; the upgraded version of the ROG Ally, with extra RAM (24GB), a bigger battery, better cooling and an extra USB-C port. I’ve had the Steam Deck, Steam Deck OLED & now this one; by far my favorite handheld. It’s the difference between playing the Witcher 3 with lower graphics and 30FPS, and playing the Witcher 3 at Max Graphics at 60+. A much better experience, for every game; I’ve played through Black Myth Wukong, Cyberpunk 2077, Kingdom Come Deliverance 1, Fortnite, and hours into smaller, not demanding games like Yugioh Master Duel. Playing Red Dead Redemption 2 on this is much better than the Steam Deck. Now, this set comes with a dock from Eufy - it has 3 USB A ports, a USB-C port for plugging in power, an HDMI port and an Ethernet port. With 24GB of RAM & Windows 11, it works really well as a desktop computer as well. It comes with a case, which I bought as it doesn’t come with a case - unlike the Steam Deck. The Ally X comes with 1TB of SSD storage, it comes with the original box and the original charger. In terms of the device itself, it’s in perfect condition except for one issue. The right stick, in default settings when you loading up Windows for the first time, has a tendency to drift up if you flick the nub. You can solve this in the ASUS Armoury Crate software by adding a 5 or 6% Dead Zone to the right analog stick; it’s never bothered me in gameplay, or even noticed. I’ve included a screenshot so you can see what the software looks like; it’s included by ASUS. This product is under manufacturers warranty until December 23 or 24th 2025, so if you want to; you can send it off for repairs through Best Buy. That’s it, everything else is perfect aside from that. In case you are wondering why I’m selling, it’s because I bought a $3k gaming laptop from Razer & having a second gaming device seems unnecessary. It’s the new 14’ Blade that came out a couple of weeks ago, it’s pretty sweet. Pickup is in Kirkland or Kenmore, either at the Hangar in Kenmore or at the Starbucks/Urban Coffee Lounge in Kirkland’s Juanita Village.
