Lot rent is $350 monthly. looking to trade this mobile home for a 4 wheel drive extended cab truck or anything that is a 4 wheel drive that can seat 4 people. must bring vehicle to me, near Cleveland va, i refuse to go back to trailer court for showing, due to transportation issues.
