Star Ford is an honest and trustworthy company. Sara R., who helps with my servicing needs, listens to what are the issues of my vehicle and truly delivers with the technician, Alan. You always worry you would be leaving with a hefty price tag, but honestly, I was amazed how reasonable it was and they were able to notate that some were covered under warranty, which I was happy. Furthermore, she went above and beyond to check that I had some Ford Pass Points and reminded me and applied them to my total, which was a bonus. They also had a loaner vehicle to help me during the entire process of my car being serviced, which is also one of the main reasons I always come back to Star Ford. Communication was daily via text and if I truly needed to talk to Sara, it was so easy to call. There is nothing negative to say about Star Ford for they have truly been above and beyond.

Very fun buying experience. Justin was super - I shopped around before finding this dealership and it was a world of difference compared to the other Ford dealerships I went to. I never felt pressured & they really worked with me on the numbers.

My service experience at Star Ford was incredibly frustrating. I brought my truck in for a recall, oil change, and brake pads on Tuesday morning. What should have been a quick service turned into days of delays due to terrible communication and broken promises from my service advisor.

I constantly had to text for updates, only to receive conflicting information and missed deadlines (e.g., told it would be ready Tuesday, then Wednesday by 4:30 PM, then Thursday by 10 AM). On Thursday, after another missed deadline and no response from my advisor, I called and left a message for the service manager. Only then, did I receive a text from my service advisor stating my truck was finally ready, with no apology or explanation for the extensive delays.

The entire process was marked by a complete lack of proactive communication and respect for my time. Nor was any accommodation made for my transportation while they kept me vehicle. This is unacceptable service.

There is a culture of incompetence, apathy and fraud within this service department that stems from management all the way down through to lead technician. My truck was brought in repeatedly for the same front and rear end issues while under an extended warranty. Each time they told me they couldn't diagnose the issue. The service advisor refused to get her manager and the head tech refused to do a drive with me so I could point out the noticeable noise and feedback from the front end. They refused to replace the gasket on the "leaking rear differential" saying it wasn't covered under warranty (it was).

The last time I brought it in they returned my truck to me 2 weeks later on the day my warranty expired having only completed a regular scheduled maintenance and repair on the sunroof (that was not completed properly). I drove around the block and returned immediately, stating the exact same issues were present. They refused to take my truck back in, and they refused to do a drive with me. When I expressed my concern about the warranty expiration, the service advisor, Sam Davis, told me that because the work was initiated under warranty I would be able to bring it back in under warranty (this was a lie).

I brought my truck in over a month ago for the same issues. I parked my truck in the middle of the service line and refused to leave until a manager went on a drive with me. The service manager, Manny (admittedly my first time being able/allowed to interact with him) agreed to drive with me, and had not even left the parking lot before he noticed the noise and feedback in the front end and rear end. The identical issue that I've been trying to get this dealership to fix for 6 months.

The dealership acknowledged they made a mistake and recognized that these issues should have been diagnosed and repaired earlier. They then offered to do all of the work for the cost of parts...the work that they refused to do while under an $2500 extended warranty that covered ALL of these parts and labor and provided me with a rental car. The warranty that expired on the day they told me to pick up my truck and refused to do a drive with me. So because the dealer made a huge mistake that has cost me dozens of hours and hundreds of dollars in transportation fees, they are telling me to pay for parts.

This dealer gamed my warranty because they don't make margins on the warranty work. Even after acknowledging their mistake they aren't honoring the terms of my warranty. The dealer is refusing to diagnose the rear end and drive shaft issue that they verbally acknowledged existing on the drive with me that was also covered under the warranty.

I would highly recommend if you’re buying a Lincoln to use Star Ford. I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Nautilis Reserve 2. The sales and finance team were extremely helpful, quick and effective at getting me in and out in less than an hour. There was no haggling or issues when questions were asked. All questions were asked and answered, and I left the dealership extremely satisfied. This is a family owned dealership and I see that they take pride in it. Well done!
