I can’t say enough good things about The Used Car Factory and especially Ky! I was having a very difficult time finding a car for my son. I finally found The Used Car Factory. I went to see a car in particular, but when I drove it I changed my mind. Ky was my sales representative and he helped me looking for other options. He did such a great job until he finally showed me the perfect car for my son! Ky and everyone else there are so nice and friendly.
There was a misunderstanding about the invoice, but Nisho took the situation very seriously and he made all possible to clear the situation with me in a very kind and calm manner. He worked with me to find a solution, and I just can say that I am very pleased with my purchase, for the way he manage his business; and for how all of them know how to do the job and treat their customers.
