After such a difficult time in our lives with 2 kids, my husband thought purchasing a vehicle from Focus Auto Service in El Monte was going to be a great experience yet turned out to be the complete opposite. Erick, Saul and Christopher have failed to uphold the terms of the agreement and breach the contract in purchasing a car off their lot. Not only does their contract state they will keep verbal promises but they have chosen to continue their unprofessional antics by continuing to state they’ll provide solutions but now avoid our calls. It’s obvious none of them have any professionalism and the use of “management” in their titles are used loosely as none of them are ever able to be straight response as they all need to speak to “their boss”. This car was sold to my husband with the guarantee from the salesman, Erick, that the car would no longer have the check engine light yet it took them almost 3 weeks later until we got the car after paying in full to still have the same issues after continuously requesting for updates with the additional promises they made and didn’t keep to it. The safety of our kids always comes first and they failed to do so while also having us make extra expenses Erick said he’d cover but didn’t. Unless you are looking to waste time and money to be disappointed, I’d suggest looking for another car dealership.

The issues are worst than ever with the lack of accountability from this place. They “attempted” to repair the vehicle again but instead did something illegal to have us stop going back but it’s causing so many more problems making the vehicle completely unsafe!!!! How are we supposed to put our kids in this car? How are we supposed to even trust them to fix it when they make empty deals? Something is extremely questionable here! BE CAREFUL!!

I can’t thank this dealership enough for helping me get into my dream car — a 2021 Tesla! My credit situation wasn’t the best, and I had almost given up hope of being approved anywhere, but Ray, Erik, and Saul went above and beyond to make it happen.
