Good little trailer, you won't get hassled when parking this thing in public locations because smaller trailers draw much less attention than larger ones do & you can practically park them anywhere & tow them with practically anything. Great design allows for sleeping up to 8 people because there's 4 large sleeping areas that slide in and out for space when not in use. I have two new roof vents with built in fans although they need to be installed. The exterior has been professionally sealed and looks good. The paint is fresh and was painted with expensive automotive paint and comes with some extra paint Incase over time anything may need a touch up, etc. Pinkslip is on hand and all of the windows work and do not have any cracks. There's an escape hatch window that either came with the original build of the trailer or was Installed afterwords. This trailer has superior steel sheeting build including the roof, some trailers use a foam material for the roofing and I'd recommend avoiding those, steel sheeting is the best.
