I recently visited Furniture Love Mattress Design Gallery looking for a dresser. When I first went into the store, they had a lot of beautiful furniture pieces on display, and the staff was friendly while helping me search for what I wanted. Although I couldn’t find the exact dresser I was looking for in-store, they showed me additional options through their magazine galleries and online catalog. I ended up finding a dresser I liked online, and the price seemed reasonable, so I decided to move forward with the purchase.

One thing that was very disappointing is that at no point during the shopping process was I informed that all sales were final with no returns or exchanges. This was only mentioned after  I let them know that I wanted a refund due to it being so complicated for me to even pick up my Item

The pickup process was also extremely stressful and confusing. I was told my furniture would be located at a warehouse, but it actually ended up being stored in a storage unit. After finally receiving the dresser, I discovered it was completely damaged and unusable. There were broken pieces everywhere, damage throughout the furniture, and two of the drawers do not even open properly.

I contacted the company immediately to report the issue and provided details about the condition of the dresser, but I have not received a response yet. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience.
