Looks like someone started to put the house together and then took those few pieces apart. The set is complete except for 2 pegs with rubberbands to hold your phone on the wall (supposed to look like a TV) and a toothbrush?, but there is a green spatula that isn't on the parts list, so maybe it was substituted. 2 pieces of the house have minor damage, the bottom has damage on the end, but it is not visible once the house is complete and a side wall has a support that is partially cracked, but will be fine and not show when installed. Includes lots of accessories, furniture, appliances, food, dishes, etc...Many are still in the packaging. Does not include dolls or car.
