Everything must go – FREE! Pet-free home. No delivery. You must bring help to carry it all down from the second floor (no elevator). Available Items (AS-IS): Sectional Couch – Comfy but needs a deep clean. Plenty of life left with the right care. Lift-Top Coffee Table – Great condition, solid and functional. Matching Black TV Console – Cosmetic damage (peeling veneer), but still sturdy. 55" Samsung TV – Turns on but has vertical colored lines. Use for parts or repair. TV Stand (Light Wood) – Functional, some wear and tear, still does the job. Tiffany Blue Armchair + Ottoman – Cute, could use a good cleaning. Full Size Princess Bed Frame – Already disassembled, no mattress included. Paint chipping and scratches, but would be adorable with a touch-up. Matching Chest of Drawers – One drawer broken, top has scratches and “artwork” courtesy of my 6-year-old Picasso.
