I purchased a vehicle approximately 3 weeks (heading into the fourth week as of this comment) ago to have it delivered to my residence (delivery fee included in the fee, receipt, and documents). There were a couple odds/ends that they were kind enough to tell me the day of purchase along with stating a two week window to address those odds/ends mentioned, all this was explained on the day of purchase. Now at the time of this comment, the 3rd week ended going into the fourth still no headway. Had I not called, I'd receive none. Now I'm left in limbo wondering what's really going on? I've got 10+ years in the automotive industry between dealerships and reputable service shops, some of the many lessons I took with me from that time was communication is key, true transparency is paramount, and the customer always leaves happy. At the moment I'm not getting that here, these are some things to change. Other than that, the salesman was nice. When I would get him on the phone he sounded understanding of the situation. If your out their tri-state area take your chances, anywhere in their tri-state area you'll most likely have a different experience.

Never had a better experience buying a car. The dealer was so nice and helpful and has a great sense of humor . Made the process so easy and no pressure wanted me to make sure it was what I wanted and was not trying to get me to buy the higher priced vehicles. Worked with me to help me get the vehicle that best met our needs. I will recommend them to everyone that I know needing a new used vehicle. They have great prices.  If I could give a 10 star rating I would they are the best..

I recently bought a Dodge Ram Diesel Truck. It was in immaculate shape inside and out. Mike did a fantastic job answering my questions and within an hour got me not only the payment I wanted, but made the purchase very simple. The check engine light came on and Mike scheduled an appointment for the owner to look at it no charge. Turns out I was doing something to cause it and he walked me through what was going on. I got a very nice truck for thousands less than anywhere else I looked, and Mike continued to reach out to see if i was still happy with my purchase. Mike is a great guy.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Tyler is the best 😊 You definitely will have a positive experience! If he'd help me fix the car I got a bad a deal on elsewhere he'll definitely make sure you stay on the road and get a good deal on their vehicles! Thank you Tyler ☺️

I bought a vehicle so rusted my mechanic wouldn't work on it I was unable to detect the rust as it was painted over, I also had a new check engine light on weekly, instead of attempting to resale a problem privately I allowed the bank to take the vehicle back.
I feel Tyler the "Owner" is very affluent and proficient however he disappeared after the sale, I was willing to trade my vehicle back in, or have him and his team recondition it and sell on consignment to mitigate or negate my loss. I was never able to reach anyone .

I do not recommend the place, thanks for reading have a great day!
