Walls are in good condition, the floor is the one that is needed to replace. The floor is at 50% condition i would say. The roof is only 2 years old and Is a TPO roof. It has wood racks on the inside, (no included solar lights) You bring tools and help and you haul away. You can back up a truck or trailer to it.
