196cc has a gov delete, aftermarket carb, after market pipe, after market flywheel, fires up usually 1 pull everytime. Needs a new throttle cable (it’s sticking) Would like $400 if I replace throttle cable but $350 if u replace throttle cable. Will trade for a good bike!!
