Pasadena Full Pullout Sofa Chaise in Brimfield Denim, Right Facing with Accent Chair. This comfortable sleeper sofa and fun, spinning side chair were bought in January 2024, originally paid $2400 and got a 2 year warranty for any spills, stains, or cleaning needed (so still in effect for coverage)! The sleeper portion rolls out and lifts up, perfect for movie nights, and creates a queen-size sleeping area for sleepover guests. There is also a lift-up storage compartment in the chaise, which we typically put extra blankets or pillows in. Back cushions are detachable but we use the zipper to hold them in place. The side chair is a great reading chair and is also very plush. Pet friendly home (2 small dogs, one newly adopted cat). Non-smoking. We’ll give it a once-over clean before you pick up. We love this couch and chair, but now that we got a bigger place, we’d like a bigger living room sofa. We’re sad to see this go! Not super firm on price but as it’s only 18 months old and is in great condition, plus still having the warranty on it, we are willing to entertain fair offers!
