Old school baby stroller. 1950s? It needs to be re-chromed. I cleaned it and buffed it and it has little to no rust. I bought it at an antique shop to restore it but too expensive to restore. I took it to a shop to re-upholstered it. The color is black with a diamond pattern. It's heavy and its adjustable. Don't bother on low ball offers..
