Hi, this boat never broke down on me, is really good on gas, quiet, yet has 15 HP which is plenty to make this boat go fast. The manufacturer of the engine modified it so that you wont have to purchase a license yet it has a lot more power than 9.9 HP. The boat has no leaks, is in great condition, is strong, etc. This boat was made by a professional boat maker and I am the first owner. You can pull it with just about anything, its legal, has the brake lights, etc. The boat is controlled from a command center in front. No need to sit in the back to control the boat. It has a variable speed controller and the boat also goes backwards. This boat is so easy and fun to use and I receive a lot of compliments.
