My car buying Experience with this dealership was a 100% satisfaction transaction, no kidding! This dealership is not your typical dealership  that force their products on you,  their loyal customers. The sales team are extremely knowledgeable about their products and professional in their dealings. It’s a totally five star experience. We were already stressed out with moving across the ocean to our new home in Bothell; we were not looking forward to buying a car. How pleasantly surprised we were by the ease and pleasure it was to buy a car from Brooks Biddle! The price was clearly stated for the vehicle we were interested in. A delightful woman named Violet took us for the test drive and walked us easily through the whole process, and within an hour we were walking out the door with keys in hand. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and especially Violet, who combined a great personality with true car knowledge.

Great service. Ethan was an excellent salesman. Very respectful and considerate. Made our vehicle purchase go smoothly despite some hiccups on our part. Vehicle was exactly as advertised and mechanically sound. Will be going there for future vehicle purchases.

Buying a car these guys was FAR easier than I was told it would be with a dealership. It took a total of 2 days and we only had to hold on the sale because of something in my end. All together they were a very friendly welcoming business that we had a lot of fun with, they made the process (including paperwork) feel like hanging out with friends, in the end I was very satisfied with the car in just about every way
