Dollhouse, Great Xmas Gift $175, Negotiation Available

Dollhouse kit, already constructed, but with room for more projects. It's excellent for kids, comes with extra roof tiles, moulding for interior, most windows and doors already installed. Open back for easy play or scene set up, and one from wall opens on hinges (has magnet clasp to keep closed for display) Most interior walls are already wallpapered, comes with mini carpets that were handmade, high quality, but room for more be they hobbyists or kiddos to decorate the walls and floors. DOES NOT include any furniture or dolls, Please note it is *very* tall! Must pick up at location, and it is too tall to fit in a suburban, unless lain on its side (not recommended, parts are semi fragile) Wooden base measurements (dollhouse is glued on) are 42" x 28". Base to top is 44", comes with a spinning base that goes under the main platform for 360° viewing and access, adds another ~1" to height. Price stands at $175, but willing to negotiate as we really want a kid to get this in time for Christmas!
