Uniden told me it likely couldn’t be fixed So I purchased a new one. When it arrived i hooked it up to my computer for additional programming for channel settings. While I was doing that I was sent an email that repairs were successful so now after wasting $900 i no longer have use for this unit. Regardless if you have or haven’t used a police scanner before you’re gonna have A LOT of fun with it, this thing is an absolute beast!
