Up for sale is my 2002 Subaru Impreza RS, with 5spd manual transmission. This car has a built NA motor, with delta 2000 cams, ported and polished heads, lightweight flywheel, full exhaust system, and reflashed ECU for 91 octane. whole motor rebuilt 30k miles ago, including bottom end, bearings, and pistons. just passed emissions It is also lifted in forester struts, and has STI springs, with a 20mm rear sway bar. total lift is about 3.5" with tires. Tow kit installed, can tow up to 2500 lb This car is from Upstate NY, so it is not the prettiest, but it runs great. It will occasionally throw a CEL due to the cams+lightweight flywheel loping at idle, but it only comes on every now and then if you let it idle for a while. I'll include my scanguage II with the car, so you can check/clear codes on the fly. The codes don't affect how it drives at all, or passing emissions. just passed for 2 years. it simply 'thinks' there's a miss fire, because the MAP sensor reading is high at idle because of the cams, but you can hear it at idle not actually mis firing. The clutch slips under high load, so it will need a clutch. still fully engages and drives fine, you just can't floor it at the moment. still test drivable. I know the body isn't exactly pretty, and it needs a clutch, so willing to take best offer. 194k miles on the car, however the motor was rebuilt 30k ago, and all suspension work (Forester struts+all supplementary equipment) installed 10k miles ago. This is a super fun car to drive, and would make a great adventure/rally car. It is plenty reliable enough to be a daily if you wanted to, once the clutch is fixed. cash only, or trades for a dirt bike
