Janthon made the experience exciting because of his deep knowledge of cars. I asked about 100  technical question's and he answered all of them. Turns out he is a professional racer and has worked on cars his whole life, it’s his passion and you don’t normally that kind of deep knowledge from salespeople.
Edi was a no nonsense negotiator but he helped us get to the place we needed to get the car we loved. He was direct, didn’t waste our time and completed the paperwork expeditiously.

I have purchased a lot of cars, but dealing with APX (big shout out to Edi), has been the EASIEST sale yet.

I am located over 1,300 miles away from APX and communication with Edi was top notch. Photos and videos represented the exact car that showed up, and Edi even arranged shipping within 24 hours of getting everything signed.

I can't say enough good things about Erik. He was great from the moment I sent the request for information. He stayed in contact through out the day until I could get there. He even went out on a limb for me so I could get the car I wanted. Zach was super knowledgeable about BMW's. They worked together to get me the car I wanted for the prie I wanted. They are a great set of guys who I will stay in touch with, and when I am ready to buy a car again, (hopefully at least a few years from now) I will be reaching out to them. Their knowlege, customer service, and personalities are a breath of fresh air when going through the car buying process. Go see them!!

Let me start by saying, what a pleasant experience we had with Justyn - he was so helpful with our selection. The first friendly face we met with was Janthon, we said we were there to see two of their Mercedes (they have several), he called it ...THE cars we were there to see! He politely referred us to Justyn. Justyn made an instant connection with us and was so nice to deal with!! He's genuinely knowledgeable about cars, models, and equipment and helped us narrow down our decision by answering our multitude of questions with patience and grace. Justyn introduced us to Edi, who helped us negotiate our purchase and really did a great job to help us get down to the numbers within our budget. He knew what we needed and worked diligently to help us reach our goal. We know we've purchased a used car, so we expect we'll see some repairs down the road...but we love the car! Thank you, APX!
