I purchased a 2005 Avalanche a week ago from New Wheels. Spoke to Robert on the phone & we worked out a deal rather quickly. Drove over from Indiana to pick it up. For being a 20yr old truck, it was in real good condition. Perfect, no. But for $40,000 less than a new truck, It is NICE. Test drove great. Told him we had a deal & they had me out of there in under 30 mins. Also, their price was around $2800 less than other similar Avalanches I had been shopping. plus it came with a very detailed Carfax report. I figure around $300 to repair a few minor things. (spare tire hoist is missing, small clip for closing sunroof, etc..) Small  stuff for an $8000 truck.They had the title on site, I received it 2 days later fed-X.  Highly recommend these people. Will be looking for a truck next year for my brother. Robert will be my 1st call ~ Much thanks ~~

Purchased a car a month ago. Everything went well. I love my car. But that’s where the buck stops. I came in pre-approved for my loan. I specifically asked the salesman Robert to NOT run my credit because I already had my loan. He assured me that he would not. Here it is a month later and I receive a denial letter from a credit union that I did not apply for. I called the dealership and spoke with the owner, Mark. Let me tell you, Mark was a real piece of work. A true gem. Instead of being apologetic and understanding, his exact words were “Well what do you want me to do about it? You still got a car, didn’t you!” Mark was very rude and dismissive. I explained to him that “what I want” is that going forward your salesmen don’t lie about running someone’s credit. It should be made clear that hey we’re still going to run your credit no matter what. I believe if someone came in with cash they would run their credit as well. “We were trying to get you a better deal. We do all our loans there.” Mark, the owner exclaimed.

Lesson Learned.

Trying to see how I feel about this place. I worked with Robert, nice guy but I honestly felt rushed through the process. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Journey 3/15/25 never received a full copy of everything I signed WITH the informational piece just the pages I signed and as soon as I got close to my area same day the car started smoking and overheating. All the codes they cleared popped up and I called them and Rob said they will get the car in the next three hours. I waited two hours because I had time but figured they might not be coming that night. So the next day I pulled up to make sure it was there or not and the tow truck driver was right there picking up the car. That was frustrating because it’s like what if I had no way home or anything. But aside from that the tow truck driver was cool his name was Jose. So they said they will fix the issue today 3/17/25 and when I got off work I went to get the car now the seat wasn’t moving back and forth when it was before I left it. Also found out the reason the car wasn’t working is because something cracked with the radiator! They adjusted my seat so I can touch the wheel and when I left all the codes they cleared came back on again. Robert told me that they will get the sensor for my brakes (that was an issue beforehand the tire pressure light was blinking and he said they will work on it while we were going over everything but they didn’t have the part so they said they will let me know when they get it) and a new sensor for my seat to work. He said he should hear back from them by Friday and I said I will call to check in by then but then he said no he will call me when they get the sensor and parts together. That response didn’t feel secure so I’m just worried about it. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman that they are doing things like this trying to secure a sell but I don’t think it’s right to give people a runaround. If you are making plans to do something a date and time should be secured. I guess now I’m just waiting til Friday to see how things go. I’m very uncomfortable with this purchase now especially since I put $4,000 down. I just don’t have time for problems and wouldn’t wish the stress of this purchase on no one… I will update my review but I will see how things go this week I feel like they might be genuine but you never really know unfortunately…

I had the best experience ever ,  they let me drive the car no questions asked, treated me with respect and so professional!  Needless to say I bought a beautiful car . This was very fast and professional. Highly recommend

Called them about a truck, he said apply online. I applied and didn't hear back, I called back the next day, they told me they were really busy! A finance manager called back in the afternoon and said I'm call you back in a few minutes, never called again. I called the next day and they wanted half down for a vehicle. This was the most ridiculous and unprofessional experience I've received in car buying. Highly would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
