Practically new - almost never used! I’ve assembled it for these pictures and disassembled it for transport. Pretty easy to do. Holds 1-2 children with a maximum weight capacity of 100lbs. Does not have the bar/handle that is required to use it as a stroller. Can only be used for a bike trailer. 100% of the proceeds of this purchase goes to support IILC, Illinois Independent Living Center - Katharine Manor apartment complex in Naperville for the physically disabled.
