I have a lightly used PSVita in Metallic red for sale. (The lighting makes it look like the neon orange model but it is in fact the red one.) It is a Japanese import. As shown in the pictures, the device is modded to the point where you can get any games in the PlayStation Vita store at no charge; it has a black market App Store installed called PKGj that gives you access to thousands of games at no charge. It will even let you run a PSP emulator, Nintendo 64 emulator, PlayStation 1 emulator as well as a GameBoy emulator in addition to many others which will all also let you download any game you want from PKGj for free. My device also comes with a 128 GB SD to Vita card that acts as the memory for the entire device where you keep your games and data. All the items and software pictured above are included or I can preload anything you want on it before you buy. I also have the original Sony charger which isn’t pictured, just no box. The device has been reset and is ready to play games, you can also log into your PlayStation account to use remote play. I can also include the grip that adds the L2/R2 buttons for remote play. I can even include easy to follow directions on how to use the device and the modded software.
