I am selling a mobile home, a 1986 Chevy P30 RV. It has less than 40K miles on it. Yes, It does drive extremely well. There’s a lot of space inside too. It comes with a refrigerator, microwave and AC unit. Can easily fit a “Full Size”mattress and a 2-seater couch inside. Needs cosmetic TLC. It will be a great restoration project. My husband drove it from the Hialeah area to Broward county without any issues. It does NOT have a bathroom or a sink. ZERO leaks. Inside has vinyl flooring and an incomplete wood frame partition. Asking $3,750 or best offer!
