Made in usa. These are rare to find. Since there discontinue. Kurt Cobain used this type of amplifier to get a specific unique sound out of it. That only the can can produce... It comes with a 12v wall adapter or u can put in 8 d cell batteries.. there's no issues with this. Iconic amplifier they go for $160 if u find one . I'm asking 40
