This is is 22 ft trailer, everything is in very good working order, all the appliances heater, hot water heater, water pump, shower, toilet, stove, oven, fridge,and air conditioner everything works perfectly, double bed in back, it has tons of storage and a huge closet, and the couch folds down to a bed, storage under the couch, sleeps 4, there are 2 outside storage compartments, awning works well, no rips or tears, 2-5gal. Propane tanks. 1- 12 volt battery, it has dry rot in the front, and on one side, that needs fixed, it would be a good project, clean title in hand.
