(Currently out of town, will get in touch when back on DEC 6th) I bought this camper to use during this past summer and so i did :) i had to buy a new water heater which i installed it just needs the water connection and electric which is all simple i just didnt find the time to do it, it has one slide out which is the bed itself it opens towards the back. Besides the water heater the fridge needs a new ignition for the electric (it has a name and its cheap) just dont have the details. Also the awning is stuck in place given that one day the wife decided to open it while i was at work and well somehow it got stuck and instead of me making it worse i just rolled it back in.:) Besides that Ac blows freezing cold, the heater heats nicely, it has two 30pound propane tanks, everything in bathroom works fine. Has all new tires and two new spares in the storage area, also would include the hitch with sway bars, as well as a brand new antenna in the box that i never installed because the current one works fine. Would need a bed given that well it was used so i have removed it. It has little cosmetic damage on the exterior, the interior is pretty good. Need to sell due to the fact that im moving to NY and will have no place for it there.
