Purchased directly from Castro Convertible around 1955. This is a RARE find. A gem! I wish I had the room for it. A sturdy coffee table that converts into a dining table that you can twist and fold leaves out to make it even larger. Normal wear and tear. Some imperfections and scratches. Overall good condition. Mid-century iconic Bernard Castro convertible makes into a coffee table, side table or dining table. Easy to adjust with hand crank & spring system on the underside. The legs will compress when the lever is pulled to lower for the coffee table & raise to a high dining table position. (It is easy to adjust) Perfect for small spaces! Now with the table top opening for the dining table and folding closed for the coffee table. This is a coffee table & a dining table all-in-one!
