17' Grumman Fiberglass Canoe, Quapaw Canoe Co., Quapaw Ok.

She is a 17' Grumman Fiberglass Canoe (2-3 man), manufactured by the Quapaw Canoe Co. in Quapaw Ok. This Co. is said to have gone out of business in 88, and from what I know she is about a 80 model. She is a flat bottom craft with a keel; fantastic for rough or flat water, with very minimal tip; very upright and stable. She has a low draft which allows her to cary a good load of gear easily for long trips and is extremely stable under load; and the flat bottom makes for easy speed under light or heavy load alike, rough or flat water as well. This craft is known as a classic..and sought after. She has a few (but minimal) scratches on the bottom, and the hull is in great shape having been stored inside (garaged) all het life. The intirior glass is exclent as well. She weighs in at aprox 85-90lbs, so makes for a great vessel for rivers with bars where one may have to carry or drag her; loads and straps easily as well. Includes two oars, and three (older) life vests. She is ready and lake worthy. All you will need is a permit. All reasonable offers conciddered. Moving, so, "must sell"
