Nice design and surprisingly roomy. Handles well. Sailed regularly in 2023 in the Long Beach harbor. Bottom professionally cleaned every month but needs paint. Working original inboard Universal Diesel 11hp. Starts up and runs reliably. New battery in 2023. Electrical systems functional: pressure water, bilge pump, cabin lights, engine starter, engine auxiliary pump, bow lights, masthead lights. Mainsail in decent condition. Could use some cleaning and sail cover needs a small patch. Jib is not original but is provided too and in good condition. Hanks on, no roller furler. Interior is in good, livable condition for overnight stays. Wood trim is in great shape. Clean and lots of storage. Stove, sink, head, fold down table, and a coat closet. Full v-berth cushions including the walk around cushion (not pictured). Has about 6’ of head space so average height can stand in it without ducking. Dock lines and jib sheet replaced in 2023. Comes with battery charger, fenders, boat hooks, winch handle, extra lines, paddles, life vests, safety equipment, fuel lines, and more.
