Vintage Pennsylvania House Hutch & dining furniture

2 Pennsylvania House solid hardwood furniture pieces. From the same vintage set. Both included in sale. China Cabinet Hutch: all lights work, has glass shelves, silverware organizer. Nothing broken or damaged. Very good condition. Approx 60" x 12" x 78". Separates into 2 pieces for transport. Buffet Serving Cart: missing 1 door handle. Includes skelton key but I cannot get it to lock. Has some signs of wear on top surface. Good overall condition. Approx 31" x 18" x 38". Width becomes 76" when folded out. From a pet free and smoke free home. **We actually have the entire dining set (table + 6 chairs) if you are interested in completing the set for an additional $150. The table has 2 leaves that extends it to 8 feet, and there are 6 chairs (2 of the 6 are arm chairs). A table surface protector comes with it and unfolds to the length of the table. The table has some signs of wear on surface, could use a new surface coat, and chairs will need to be refurbished, but overall the set is in very good condition, solid wood great quality!
