I have bought a lot of cars in my life but buying a car with Action Auto Sales was by far the best car buying experience yet.
Walter was not like the stereotypical "salesman". He was extremely professional, kind, personable, and there was zero sales pressure. All of the cars on the lot seem to be very well priced and they are good quality vechicles. I went on a Saturday so the lot was  very busy. Walter done it ALL!!! From answering phone calls, setting me up to test drive the car, doing the financing, to even detailing my car at the end when the sale was final. He worked extremely well under pressure. It really shows that he loves his job and helping people like me get exactly what I'm looking for. I would highly recommend giving Walter a call if you are in need of a new ride. You won't be disappointed.

Had such a great experience today with Walter and Brad! I went in very nervous because I had never made a car purchase before, but left feeling good with my decision. Walter and Brad were reassuring with the quality of care they put into their vehicles. They even took my car to the car wash and gave it some gas before sending me on my way. Very nice and honest company

I bought a car from here and through a fluke experienced some maintenance that needed fixed. These guys were true professionals and were unbelievably accommodating throughout the entire process and made sure to do right by me and blew my expectations out of the water with how willing they were to take care of any issues I faced. If these guys have a car you like, you can absolutely trust they will ensure you are taken care by any means necessary. Great people, great service, would recommend them to anyone I know needing a car.

If I could give them negatives I would.  Buyers beware.  I was interested in a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado they were selling.  I walked up to the vehicle and noticed the were cobwebs on the back fender weld area.  I proceeded inside where I met a pleasant young man seated at a desk.   I was surprised no one came out to greet me.  Two issues already and I hadn't looked at the inside of the vehicle.   Once there,  I opened the hood and the top half of the 5.3 engine was clean.   I checked the oil dipstick and the oil looked new.  I opened the driver's side door and was blown away.  The vehicle had been smoked in. I proceeded to turn the vehicle on and let the AC come on.  We'll, the AC never worked and the young man stated it probably needed a charge, wrong it needs a new AC system.  Afterwards,  I crawled half way under the vehicle and observed oil and fluid near the main seal.  The young man stated all of these items could be fixed.  My question was, why weren't they initially fixed?  I would suggest steering clear of here.  Maybe others have had better experiences.   This vehicle,  as nice as it looks, is no t worth 15k and they want 23k.  Buyers beware. With as much inventory, id have pride!  They don't!

Purchased vehicle in October. Car has been back & forth to dealership a couple of times causing me to miss work. Now here we are 5 months later I need an engine. Now I know they will comment to say it was reliable for 5 months but that’s what they say to make themselves look good. Don’t buy from them. If you do your car won’t last over 6 month tops up to a year. If you pass a year I’m sure it’s been to the shop a couple of times. Other than that, they are nice people I just won’t do business with them anymore. And will be contacting the BBB about them
