Please read : 2004 Honda civic 1.7L Great first car . Perfect commuter car , great on gas . It’s a 20yr plus vehicle this is not a perfect car . Previous owner had coolant leaks he said , found a small leak in transmission lines , so replace lines , replace radiator upper and lower hoses and clamps , New cap , replace thermostat , coolant sending unit and coolant temperature switch. Fresh oil change and filter, fresh cabin filters and air filter . 2 bottles of freon. Cons: This morning 10-02-25 Check engine light came on , P1456 Believe it’s the fuel filler neck 1900 Interior can use a little tlc
