2018 Heartland Cyclone 4005 44 foot toy hauler fifth wheel with a dry weight of approximately 16,300-16,800 lbs and a GVWR of 20,000 lbs. Key features include a 13-foot garage with a 3,000 lb ramp, electric rear screen, and loft, a full kitchen with an 18 cu ft refrigerator, residential furniture, two bathrooms (one a half bath in the garage), and a 55" living room TV with a fireplace. Exterior features include a 30-gallon fuel station, two propane tanks, a 5500 Onan generator, and a six-point auto-leveling system and outdoor kitchen area (refrigerator and sink) We have the TVs for the living room and bunk room.
