Description

Light grey 2pc sofa with right arm chaise, originally purchased from Living Spaces. 119" long 37" deep along 2-seater section 68" deep on chaise portion 27" height overall, 7" ground clearance Covers are removable and can be washed, have been regularly washed since we purchased. Overall it's in good condition, but velcro that holds cushions to frame is a bit degraded. No discoloration or obvious fabric degradation. Comes from a very clean, shoes-off home, no smoking but we do have a dog. The sofa has been thoroughly cleaned prior to selling. Buyer will need to be able to come pick the item up, we are not offering delivery. The sofa splits into two pieces (chaise + two seater section) and is easily transported by two people, even possible for one strong person to move it. $300 or best offer. **Pillows not included**
