The process started off great. Found a car that matched what my wife wanted and what we needed for our family. They advertise “1 price” which I still tried my luck and was able to get them down $3,000 from asking price. I was extremely happy with the purchasing process and Anthony was a great help.
Fast forward to when it was time to go to the DMV to register the vehicle. I wait for an hour and a half at the DMV and have all necessary paperwork and the lady scans the Title, and states that there has been a new title issued for the vehicle and the one I have is invalid. The Dealer never titled the vehicle in their name and never checked that the title was valid. They sold a vehicle with an invalid title.

The best part was when I asked for an extended temp tag or a new one I was told, “Legally, he can’t add a new tag but you should be OK to drive with expired tags for a couple weeks. We see it all the time.”  However “legally” in Missouri, a vehicle must have current temp tags that are not expired or a permanent license plate with current tags.

They have been responsive and I am currently waiting for a final disposition.
