Brand New Food Trailer 16x8x8 (Reducing price due to 5 Modifications/ 1 repair required in order to pass inspection after walk thru) Modification 1. Hinges replaced on window overhead flap and new wire needed for flap lights. 2. Fryer needs to be moved over 6 inches to the right to pass inspection 3. Replacement county approved plumbing pvc pipes and water tank replaced to meet standard 4. Windows are 2 inches to big need to be reduced to 18 inches to pass inspection 5. Smoke hood vent need to be extended 6 inches to overhead to pass inspection. The estimate for all repairs and modification is $5000. So I'm reducing price by $6000 selling as is.
