Vintage Scott Paper Towel Roll Dispenser The dispenser is Scott branded, like the paper towel roll brand. The paint on the metal dispenser is all original. There’s some scuffs here and there which are to be expected by age. On the side is a crank handle for cranking out the paper. Overall it’s a great piece. Teeth are sharp and it’s almost rust free. Come get it while it’s still available!!
