Measures: about 84" long by 26" tall by 33" deep. Condition: Overall good used condition. It does have some wear on the piping but the cushions all flip so it doesn't have to show. Some fading possible, though it is a little hard to tell due to the nature of the velvet fabric. Some small soil spots, scuffs and scratches, see photos.
