This is a 1981 Chevy 454 7.4L Engine that has been tested on an engine run stand and is ready for install. This engine had 29k original miles on it and has had the following done: Disassembled to core and cleaned all grease and carbon. New timing chain New cam gear New crank gear Edelbrock Aluminum intake manifold All new felpro gaskets New PRW valve covers New K&N air filter assembly New K&N oil filter New K&N crankcase breather New Aluminum PRW water pump Hedman Headers New Freeze plugs Additional details: Full internal & external degrease. Top end disassembled and cleaned all carbon off heads and valves. Full paint job with high heat paint. All new gaskets. All bolts torqued to spec. Valves adjusted to 0 lash 5 miles on it since rebuild. This engine is mostly stock other than upgraded headers, K&N filters, and aluminum intake manifold. Just needs a starter, fuel pressure regulator and then it’s ready to install to a classic car or truck. Comes with wooden rolling engine stand.
