On line purchases are scary! To buy anything, especially something that is expensive is a gamble at the very least so when I needed a small vehicle to get around our property and couldn’t find the right thing in the community we took a chance and purchased a small ATV from Venom Motors and crossed our fingers. All I can say is WOW! I LOVE my little baby (I named her Ruby) and I am MORE than pleased! Very good company to work with! When my son want to get an electric dirt bike we did a lot of research on it. The main issue we saw was many of these companies that sell these types of dirt bikes are foreign Chinese companies. My concern was spending over $1000 and then not having the support and availability of parts.

Venom Motorsports was the only company I found that was actually in the US. They have both phone and email support and were very helpful with the buying process.

We actually went to one of their warehouse locations to see and purchase it in person.

My son loves his electric dirt bike and I have the tranquility that we have a good product backed by a reputable company.

Love it! My bike is amazing! Customer service is top notch and someone is always available when I need help.
