Excellent condition adjustable kettlebell handle and 30 pounds in plates The empty handle weighs 20 pounds but needs to be used with the plastic spacers so the base doesn't rattle and to simulate a regular kettlebell and not bang up your forearms during cleans Can be adjusted up in 5 pound increments to a total of 50 pounds If you have additional 1" standard plates, you can add 10s or even 25s to take the weight up even higher for swings. I would not suggest to use anything over 5s for cleans, etc, as the weights would sit out too far and hit your forearms. Gym Workout Exercise Fitness
