My first time going through dealer vs private.. Paz Auto made the process transparent and very smooth. They are all setup with the IRS for any tax credit opportunities and had a selection of well-running Teslas to choose from. I was helped by Padra who was very friendly and responsive both prior to and throughout the sale. He even offered to take care of the minor interior fixes/part orders and made sure I was happy with everything out the door.

Had a great experience with Amir and his team! Had an appointment and first went for a test drive around the business park and local roads. Then they were very patient with many moving parts that we had going on that day from assessing and negotiating the value of our trade in to waiting for us as we tried to sell it privately. We went through all of the numbers together and Amir was patient in explaining where each number came from and what the options were for applying the EV credit. They're all set up to file the IRS EV paperwork as well, along with all of the DMV paperwork. They made financing and getting all of the paperwork done easy as well all for a price that I felt was fair and that I could understand where each piece was coming from. Thanks guys!
