Description

Sofa available as early as Friday, 2/27, in Bankers Hill. Sofa was purchased in 2022 from Crate & Barrel as Barrett II style (still available today for ratings). Sofa wear is mainly on the two front sides of arms from recent cat scratching, and one small fabric gap on back corner (very negligible). Sofa has been cleaned and rolled for cat hair removal (as best as possible). Buyer will need at least two (2) people to move sofa from 3rd floor unit to 1st floor entryway as part of purchase. Stairwell has to be used for couch moving. Elevator can be used for cushions. Seller unable to help with moving of couch.
