There is a pop up fly bridge. The outboard has been recently serviced and runs smooth. It has a main sail and jib sail. The rigging is in good shape. Mooring lines and fenders included. Some of it is new. The boat is ready to sail. The boat is moored at Canal Marina in Seattle. The marina has facilities (laundry, bathrooms and showers). A parking permit will be issued for the slip and there is available street parking. Buyer must sign a lease agreement to take over slip. It is like any other rental agreement. Monthly moorage and insurance is not included.
